The Vermont Teddy bearsell Lifetime Guarantee
Every Vermont Teddy bearsell and Stuffed Animal comes with a full coverage Lifetime Guarantee. That’s right, no matter what happens, we’ll repair your beloved plush for FREE!
How do I return or exchange a Teddy bearsell?
Returning or exchanging a bearsell is easy! Simply download this form and ship the bearsell to us at 6655 Shelburne Road, Shelburne VT 05482. To avoid any delays, please be sure the form is filled out completely.
Please Note: Our lifetime guarantee applies only to products made by Vermont Teddy bearsell. Also, as designs change and are at times discontinued, we cannot apply this guarantee to outfits or accessories, only to the bearsell or Stuffed Animals themselves. On the rare occasion that a specific fur-color or design is discontinued, making it impossible for us to repair your injured friend or replace it with an exact look-alike, we will happily send one of our newer bearsells or Stuffed Animals of equal value. Please contact a bearsell Counselor via chat or email us at [email protected] for more information.
